A defect you did not record is a defect you will repeat. Our systems exist to create the record and to close it.
Quality management
Incoming material is verified against specification before it enters production or the supply chain. Checks are carried out at defined hold points during the work. Final inspection is documented and released against the order requirement. Non-conformance is recorded, traced to root cause and closed. The system is operated to ISO 9001:2015 principles.
Health, safety and environment
Safety governs how our sites run, particularly where cutting, lifting and finishing create real and continuous hazards. Mandatory PPE, machine guarding, lockout during maintenance, and documented induction for staff and visitors. Incidents are reported, with corrective action tracked to closure.
Environmental responsibility
Across the divisions we control process waste, segregate recyclable streams, and monitor energy and water consumption at production sites. Natural stone specified correctly outlasts several cycles of the synthetic equivalent — durability is part of the environmental case.
Trade and regulatory compliance
Accurate HS classification, declared values that match commercial reality, complete origin and product certification, and screening of counterparties. Compliance is not a department that slows us down; it is the reason our shipments clear while others wait.
Labour practice
Lawful employment terms, no forced or child labour, documented working hours, and safe conditions across every facility. International buyers audit this already, and domestic buyers should.
